At Evexia, we’re always looking for ways to help our members train smarter, move better, and feel stronger for the long run. That’s why we’re excited to share some big news: Evexia is now an official HYROX affiliate.

This partnership allows us to bring a proven, globally recognized training methodology into our gym while staying true to what matters most to us: safe, effective, and sustainable fitness for real people.


What Is HYROX?

HYROX is often known for its large-scale fitness competitions, but at its core, it’s much more than race day.

HYROX is a structured training approach that blends strength, endurance, and functional movement in a way that’s scalable for any fitness level. In fact, HYROX HQ considers this style of training one of the healthiest ways to prepare the body, whether you ever plan to compete or not.

HYROX Classes at Evexia: No Competition Required

Competition is optional, but progress is not.

You can experience the benefits of HYROX training right here at Evexia through our HYROX-based classes, designed to be:

  • Non-intimidating
  • Coach-led and technique-focused
  • Scalable for all fitness levels

These classes deliver the same smart programming and functional strength benefits without the stress or expectation of race day. It’s a great option if you want a challenging, effective workout that supports long-term health, performance, and confidence.

Weekly HYROX classes officially begin January 14th, and we’re excited to bring this training style to life inside the gym.
