HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

If you’re a busy professional in Overland Park who knows what to do but can’t stay consistent, here’s what traditional training at higher-end gyms actually costs.

STEP 1 = 12-Week Foundation
  • We require all new clients to begin with a focused 12-week Foundation Program so you can build real momentum and measurable progress. During that time, you receive structured onboarding, bi-weekly nutrition coaching, and higher-touch support to lock in the habits that make results stick.
  • Most clients invest between $2,000 and $5,000 for the full 12 weeks depending on the level of coaching and session frequency. Payment plans available every 2 or 4 weeks.
  • If you show up, follow the plan, and don’t feel noticeably stronger, leaner, and more confident in 12 weeks, we’ll coach you for free until you do.

 

STEP 2 = Ongoing Coaching
  • After the initial 12 weeks, membership transitions to a streamlined monthly structure focused on maintaining and progressing the foundation you’ve built. All ongoing programs include meeting with your nutrition coach monthly and maintaining access to recovery services.
  • Ongoing coaching plans start at $249 per 4 weeks, and most clients invest between $249 and $999 per 4 weeks, depending on the level of coaching and session frequency. These programs operate on a month-to-month basis with a 28-day cancellation or downgrade notice; no long-term agreement is required.
  • Why is it less to continue than it is to get started? It’s much easier to keep people going than to get them started. Your first 12 weeks are about making lots of change in a short time frame; ongoing plans are built around sustaining habits and progressing long-term, so they require less intensive support.
