Homemade Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados

  • 1 jalapeno, pitted and diced

  • ¼ cup grape tomatoes, quartered

  • ¼ red onion, diced

  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, diced (optional)

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • Sprinkle of seasonings;

    o   Garlic powder

    o   Chili flakes

    o   Salt + Pepper


Preparation

  1. In a bowl mix together avocados, jalapeño, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and lime juice with a fork. Once all ingredients are mixed, sprinkle in seasonings to your liking and mix again.

  2. Top with chili flakes and serve!


Tips

This recipe can be served with a variety of options, such as Siete chips, vegetables, on top of chili or tacos, etc!
