Steak Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 steak filets of choice

  • 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced (or dried powder)

  • 2 Tbsp rosemary needles (fresh or dried)

  • 1⁄2 tsp ground black pepper


Preparation

  1. Place the steaks in a container it can soak for a few hours.

  2. Mix all ingredients listed above in a separate bowl.

  3. Pour mixture over steaks, be sure to lift the steaks to get the marinade underneath.

  4. Let soak for at least 1-2 hours before cooking, the longer the better!


Tips

  • Ideally, use grass-fed steak for better quality nutrients.

  • The steaks pictured here were cooked on the grill on low-med temperature until desired done-ness.
