One of the most overlooked aspects of a run is how well you prepare yourself to perform. Whether you are going for an easy jog around the neighborhood, or hitting the track for some sprints, these are all great ways to help get your body loose and tighten up your mechanics before you take off!

1: Arm Circles - 10 each way⁣

2: Quad Pull to Figure 4 - 8 each leg⁣

3: Knee Up to Hip Opener - 8 each leg⁣

4: Soldier Walks - 10 each leg⁣

5: Ankling - 20 each leg⁣

6: A Skips - 20 each leg⁣

7: B Skips - 20 each leg⁣
