Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs wild caught salmon

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp pink salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1-2 tbsp honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. Heat the grill to a medium temperature. Pat dry the salmon out of the package. Marinate the salmon in a container or bag (can be shorter time) with coconut aminos, garlic powder, pink salt, pepper, chili powder, and honey. Let sit for 1 hour, ideally.

  2. Once the grill is ready and the salmon has been marinated, place the salmon fillets skin side up on the grill. Cook for a few minutes. Flip over to belly side up and cook for a few minutes. (cooking time varies on how well-done you like your salmon)

  3. Take off grill and serve! Great with roasted veggies or a salad.

    1. Served above with quinoa cooked in bone broth, sautéed kale, sautéed onions and mushrooms, and lightly sautéed bell pepper. Also, with a side of Thrive Market clean wine - a must!

    2. Shown with sautéed asparagus, Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi tossed with TJ’s kale pesto - delicious!
